Pre-Order Notice

All orders placed prior to our launch are pre-orders. Items will be dispatched once our first production run is complete and quality-checked, estimated 4-6 weeks from order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Thank you for your patience and for being part of our founding community.

Within Australia

All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. The following rates apply once your order has been dispatched:

Orders under $80

  • $10.95 Standard Tracked Postage (4-8 business days)
  • $13.95 Express Tracked Postage (1-5 business days)

Orders $80 and over

  • Free Standard Tracked Postage (4-8 business days)
  • $5.95 Express Tracked Postage (1-5 business days)

Subscriptions

  • Free Standard Tracked Postage (4-8 business days)

International

We ship to select international destinations. International orders are dispatched alongside Australian orders following the same pre-order timeline.

New Zealand

  • $14.99 Standard International Tracked (7-14 business days)

Rest of World (United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States, Singapore and more)

  • $19.99 Standard International Tracked (14-21 business days)

International orders are shipped via tracked postage. Customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Please note we are unable to ship to the following destinations due to delivery reliability: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba and countries subject to international shipping restrictions.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays

During peak sales periods, please allow additional time for order dispatch. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to Australia Post's network capacity, which is outside our control.
